.PSD help

I've been trying to lift a Logo sent/created for me, but for the life of me i cant seem to copy it,download it, nothing. I can view it ,but that's about all. It's a .PSD file which i shamefully know nothing about. I have sent pm's to the image designer/creator on several occasions in hopes to obtain image in a .png . Each time i was told this would be taken care of ,but that never happen..This has been on going for several months..
Could anyone please lift this image for me.?
