Hmmm.... did you get that theme via Hitskin.com, I think the skin or theme might be causing all of these problems, try using another theme and see if that fixes the problem. Wink

Hi, to change the background colour of the text areas please add this to your CSS code:

Code:
#text_editor_iframe, input.post, select, textarea.inputbox, textarea.post {
    background-color: #FFFFFF !important;
}

As for the buttons, have you added any codes recently or edited any templates which may be causing this problem?

Finally, can you provide the link to a poll so I can see it? Thanks. Smile

Hi,

As far as the toolbar, it's commonly removed by a certain Wibiya, which could be placed in the site description (ADmin > general > Forum/config > Site desc).

Otherwise, at the time of disappearing, what did you modify?
Values to templates, css and javascript.

Sounds to me like a script/code that is causing the topic tool problem. As Darren 1 had suggested of the possible places to look, i would add that it could also be a code/script within a widget. Without Deleting your widgets, remove them one by one, starting with the one you created last. Each time you remove one refresh you page and check to see if the tools appear.

There is some buggy code that you have added due to which its not being displayed & messing up the buttons on the preview mode.

As others have suggested, since when did the problem start? After adding some code. Remove that code & check.

Now, which all places have you done template editing? Go on removing each one of them & reverting back to the default template. You can save the modified template in a word file. So atleast you will find out, where exactly have you added the code which is affecting all this.
