code for my banner :S

Hello everyone

I'm going to explain it so good as possible
How do I make a code for this:

With the link of my website in it? So other people just need to copy the code and can put the banner (with the link in it) on there site?

Because the problem is, on the website of my this banner is linked but when someone copies it and puts it on his site the link is gone :S so just copying the url doesn't work.

I hope someone can help me making or finding a code
