How do I change the highlighted text... you can't see it because it's the same colour as the background

Ok my URL is www.official-R3D.com and phpBB3 (prosilver) is what I use

I also have a question about making a border for members posts.. at the moment it all looks merged together is there a way I can give posts an outline?

here is what I mean

Admin Panel-- manage Users and group-profile-- profile field -- action

to change color what what you want.
