Solved Domain Problem

Post by mateo. on Wed Mar 14 2012, 14:34

I buy the domain .org I agree all

In AdminContolPanel : General - Forum Address - Personalized domain name - And Add it here

And now when I go to the forum in the morning, it says that the forum is deleted. Then I go to the old link, and again in the admin control panel I have to add org domain.

When I go - Misc - Spend credits - Domain Name

Code:
You have currently 0 credits.

Currently, your forum address is : http://www.online-turn.org
Your domain name expires in : -54 Day

www.online-turn.org
For 1600 credits you can renew your actual domain name. You have -54 days to renew http://www.online-turn.org.
At anytime you can delete your personalized domain name and retrieve your default domain name : http://online-turn.forum7.net
Your original domain name is http://online-turn.forum7.net.

New Link : http://www.online-turn.org/
Old Link : http://www.online-turn.forum7.net/

Help me? bwi

The second appears to be working, (new)

Does it happen just to you, or every single member?

OK so now it's fixed !

The first domain name your purchased for free with Forumotion wasn't totally removed from your forum. That's why at some hours of the day, you were redirected to your old domain name. Wink

It has been changed now and you shouldn't have this problem again. One last thing : you should receive an email which confirms that the domain name is removed.

Thank you very much ! Smile
