Yes, after the date specified on the message, the litigation team will decide whether to ban your forum or not.

Yes, and of course, if you don't want your forum to be banned, make sure that all contents that disrespects our TOS are removed on your forum.

As admin of your forum, you're supposed to know what are the contents of your forum. And you should be able to recognize illegal content after becoming aware of the TOS
