A forum made the forumgratuit.ro copy my community, not of the Forugratuit / forumotion. What can I do?

Re: copyright
I didn't understand what you're asking. Do you mean that a forum has copied your content ?

Hi!
I'm romanian too.
Now, to the subject. From word from the title I guess you mean that someone copied your theme without permission, or installed a theme that is yours, deleting the copyright text, like: "Theme created by NAME, from the community NAME"?
If so, use forumotion litigation: https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/

Don't worry all the people are here to help no matter how much English they speak. As a result of using the litigation tool an e-mail will be sent to the administrators of the forum you reported.
You can also PM the staff here at Forumotion and they will they action against the forum responsible, either by removing it or banning it, as in the future their are many ways to protect your material against stealers or bandits.
