I'm afraid you can't.

Or, you can replace the text of the Announcement, Sticky, Global Announcement to your text, but this is not a good solution.

You can do this from here:
Administration Panel => General => Messages and e-mails => Configuration => Messages:
Define another name for Stickies,
Define another name for Announcements,
Customize a global announcement name.

Or you can just add to the title of the topic that prefix.
