Custom URL disapeared

Hello all, I am new to these kinds of things so bare with me.

I'm posting this on behalf of our founder who is out on vacation at the moment. We paid for a custom URL on March 10th on this year and for some reason this morning, our custom url is gone and redirects to the forumotion search page. What might cause this and what do we need to do to fix this? Also the forumotion.com like to our site works fine, so its not the forums, its the custom URL.

http://sbforumz.com is the custom one

Does the administration panel have the new URL on it at the top left?

Did the founder delete the domain?

No it has the free one at the moment

I don't think he did, the domain was actually bought from formotion vs a 3rd party domain.

Part of the whole problem was our founder was late in renewing (via credits) the custom domain. He finally did though on the 10th and everything worked fine up untill this morning when I got a message from him that it wasn't working
