Fixing Birthday Button.

Whenever a member on my forum try's to put in their birthday, this pops up
"Sorry, you cannot subscribe to this forum. Please contact the administrator."
And I honestly don't know how to fix this, help?

The birthday is not even being asked while registering.

Is this happening, when the users go to change the profile field? I think Yes.
See if this works.
Users & groups>Profiles
Click on Edit

Who can modify the profile field value ? : Member Himself
Save

I swear it wasn't working before, I just tried it to and it worked.. I will still post the video to show you guys what I did.
