Solved Please help -credits

Post by theinnocentgamers March 17th 2012, 11:39 pm

Hello i forgot my old username and password so i had to make a new account

I currently have the domain

www.theinnocentgamers.forumotion.co.uk

and i bought 2000 credits so i could get a .com domain

i filled in the form only once and it said now orocessing your account (i dont know the exact words :L)

But i go back later and it says this:

Please help -credits 68ad27

Is there anyway to get the 400 credits back i should have as i was planning on getting some copywright for 3 months and spend the last 100 credits on removing ads for a month

Hi, that appears to be a technical problem. I will report it to a pro admin to help you. Smile

Hi, you will most likely get your credits back. Please can you PM me a screenshot of the PayPal confirmation for the purchase of the credits or the Allopass code and date of purchase? Thanks.

Yes it's necessary to provide as proof I'm afraid. You can provide the proof when you get the opportunity to, I'll leave this topic open for your reply. Smile

Okay, no problem mate. And yes, I will need the screenshots of the transactions sent over by private message. Please don't post them in this topic, thanks. Once you've done that, I will be able to report it.
