open box menu beforfe page is full load

We use jalokim graphics design and code. And we can only open this menu box when page is load the full. This is point; can fix it? We want to open this box menu before page is load full.

It's probably the last thing to load on the page.. If i understand your question right you're trying to be able to click on it before the page fully loads. It should load fairly quickly, and shouldn't be an issue.
