stupid protection

a reg member has had his username banned by forumotion for god sake i turn all this off so why is it still banning members.

i have change his password and unlock his username and we still cant log onto his account god i wonder how many more members forumotion has banned on my forum..

when u try to log on you get this messange so you click onto unlock

when you enter the right code it say the account is now unlock, and when u goto log on it's saying the same things

this bloody crazy i have turn off all these stupid protection forumotion add a few months back why is it still happening and how many member have you banned on my forum?

There is a feature that you can not turn off that exactly does this.

i turn them all off when forumotion added them.

The anti spam system has blocked the email address because of suspicious activity, it will not appear with all your users.

You have to know that our blacklists are provided by services like Google, so, their contents are reliable.
Don't blame the anti spam system that is here to protect your forum from spamming and other malicious content.

After having fill the captcha code, he still gets the error ?
If so, please send me his email address by PM

captcha code didn't work i did over 5 times (and it said the account was unlock) and it still did the samething what i just did a min ago i had change is email address for a new one and swap it back which work there something wrong this....

I am just trying to work out how many topics are open on this same subject, I have found four in a few minutes, Admins can we have an only topic for this problem?
