Mouse Icon

So far, I see that some forums have a special mouse thing. The little arrow. The arrow comes in designs. How do u do that? It sounds soo cool

Those are what we called "cursor".

Find a cursor first in that site, then copy the code given by the site then paste in on your CSS Stylesheet (Go to Admin CP > Display > Pictures and Colors > Colors > CSS Stylesheet).
