Solved a "sticky" question

Post by SF1NX on March 29th 2012, 7:59 pm

Hello,

I looked at all the topic's regarding "stickies" but i didn't found a solution for my problem.
for some reason i don't see "find" the options under the text as mentioned in the other topic's. scratch

go to admin panel => General => Message and Emails => Configuration
and look the image below
= OK

I also found the place where i can change the icon, and it's admin only ...
so it shut work.

Go to thr topic you want and edit the first post of the topic(or make a new topic). Bellow the box where you add the actual text you should see a tab called Options and a "+" button on the right side of it. Click the "+" button and it will expand. From there you can select the type of topic you want it to be: Normal, Announcement or Sticky. = Not ok, it's just not there

I just can't find it ..... beu ........... help please ????

Hi, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you see thanks. Smile

Have you got an image for the '+' button? Check it at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Pics management - advanced mode (on the left, under Pictures and Colors)
4. Mini-icons
5. + button

Solved Re: a "sticky" question

Hi Guy's & Girls .... " just in case" Laughing

Ok i found the ### ( + and - )
frankly, i never would have found it without your help.
I suggest a more "obvious" sign, like a down pointing arrow or so,
now it's to small, and if the admin changed the colors of his bars,
there's a big chance he doesn't see it because of it.

just a suggestion .... Mr. Green

Thanks for the help, and case closed Wink
