Post by Anim3 on March 30th 2012, 9:44 pm

I tried to reply to this topic...but for some reason I can't http://help.forumotion.com/t105962-index-in-accordion
So I decided to open topic here to ask something (sry if this is not the right place Smile )
I tried this and...it's working Smile but it shows me only sliders on forum page....there is no on portal,search,members etc....In first step of tut. First step : Create 2 javascript pages: I chosed placement in all pages but it still doesnt work..I even tried doing for each one of options (In the home page ,In the portal, In the sub-forums ,In the topics, In the gallery) and still the same.Slider shows only on forum page...how to solve this Question
And is it possible to add link to pictures in slider (same as in slider for blogger),so when i click on pic. it redirects me on one part forum.I hope so you will understand what did I just asked Very good

The HTML should be place on overall_header and not in Homepage Message. Javascript is only a magic code to HTML (use to work the HTML).

So here's how to do it, if you want to show it in all pages:

Go to Admin CP > Display > Templates > General > overall_header:
Find:
Code:

<div id="page-body">

then paste this after that:
Code:

<center>
<script src="123.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="123.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<div id="one" class="accordion">
        <ol>
            <li>
                <h2><span>Slide One</span></h2>
                <div id="s1"></div>
            </li>
            <li>
                <h2><span>Slide Two</span></h2>
                <div id="s2"></div>
            </li>
            <li>
                <h2><span>Slide Three</span></h2>
                <div id="s3"></div>
            </li>
            <li>
                <h2><span>Slide Four</span></h2>
                <div id="s4"></div>
            </li>
            <li>
                <h2><span>Slide Five</span></h2>
                <div id="s5"></div>
            </li>
        </ol>
    </div>
</center>

Now i want you to edit the link of the JS code tag. Replace the 2 "123" with the 2 link of the JS you hosted in the Javascript Management:
Code:

<script src="123.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="123.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

Like this:

Then once you replace it with the link of the 2 JS. Save it and your done Wink!
