Can someone make me a skin?

Hi, everyone! I made a forum but I can't find "the perfect" skin for it. If you can make skins for forums can you make for me?
I need a forum design like in this forum ---> http://hollywood.bulgarianforum.net/
(I mean to not have angles ) If someone can make it with column for forum widgets it will be perfect. It's RPG forum, which theme is New York City. And one more thing it's very important for me to have the link of the forum somewhere http://newyork-rpg.forumotion.com/ and to have the name of the forum ( New York RPG Forum)
