Currently we are working on a test forum due to updating the design so I will provide the forum URL for that.

Hey, hey!

Add to CSS Stylesheet:
Code:
#topbar{
  width: 100%;
  position: absolute !important;
  top: 0px !important;
  left: 0px !important;
  margin-left: 0px;
  margin-right: 0px;
  margin-bottom: 30px;
  padding-top: 10px !important;
  padding-bottom: 5px;
  height: 33px;
  background-image: url(http://i.imgur.com/FATA2.png);
}

#topbar .text{
  margin-left: 50px;
  font-weight: bold;
  text-shadow: 0 1px #D0DD2B;
  font-size: 13px;
}

#topbar .fbtw{
  float: right;
  margin-right: 70px;
  position: relative;
  bottom: 20px;
}

#wrap{
  margin-top: 43px;
}

Then to Javascript management:
Code:
$(function(){
$('#wrap').before('<div id="topbar"><div class="text">Welcome to our forum!</div><div class="fbtw"><a href="LINK"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/Axbdt.png" /></a> <a href="LINK"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/QfIZJ.png" /></a> <a href="LINK"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/yFia3.png" /></a></div></div>');
});
Placement : Only In the home page.
Replace LINK by redirection link. Wink

Thanks

Let me try it out first though. This isn't going to overload the forum or anything is it?

Hmm.. I don't think so. In most times, javascript long codes create a overload. jQuery is also a part of javascript, but it can't overload so much. Razz
