Solved Guests can't see the portal?

Hi, I'm quite sure that this is a simple fix, but I can't figure out how to do it ANYWHERE in the admin panel xP
How can I make it so guests can see the portal? A long time ago, I must have stopped them from seeing news or something, but now I want them to be able to see the portal, since I made it the homepage.

Oh, really?
Thanks, it must be something wrong with my computer. After I made this thread, I asked other members on my forum if they could see the portal as a guest, and they could. I guess I'm the only one who can't.
