Solved How to Change Text Box/Text color

Post by monotone56 on April 9th 2012, 5:42 am

Is there any way to change the color of the text box or text used in Topics and PM's? Currently my forum is using white text with a white text box which makes posting impossible.

Try changing it here:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Colors
Colors Tab

doesn't seem to be an option there to change the color of the text. Except the text under the forum logo. I suspect that it's in the CSS stylesheet But I don't know where the line of code that pertains to my issue is.

Hi!

I see your forum version is Invision, so add this to CSS Stylesheet:
Code:
.post-entry div{
color: #333 !important;
}

Alright, Now I can't edit it at all. This is a GLORIOUS mess. I rolled back the forum to a previous theme to allow users to post but now If I try to edit the button graphics (or anything else) it goes to a mix of the old theme and the new theme. Is there a way to reset the CSS stylesheet back to it's settings so It doesn't overwrite the theme when I try to edit it?

EDIT:Fixed it. You guys can Mark this solved. I appreciate the help XD
