I set the scrolling announcement, it worked for about say.. 3 days. I logged in my forum today and it wasn't there.. I thought it was part of the ad below it but when I highlighted, it was the announcement but you couldn't see it.

Those white areas are images that have been moved or deleted. Exactly I believe it is because the account that those images are connected to is gone over their bandwith limit.

You can upload your image on different uploading site and put the new link in the announcement..
