Reputation - Points

This is how my point count is set:

+ = +1 vote
- = -1 vote
Thank You = +3 votes

A member has this point average displaying in there profile:

Reputation

Reputation : 1
Positive votes received : 1
Negative votes received : 1
Thanks received : 1
Positive votes given : 4
Negative votes given : 3
Thanks given : 3

My question is why does there Reputation only show 1 ? It should show 3 according to my math.

They received 1 positive and 1 Negative those cancel each other out, but they received 1 thanks that is worth 3. So why is it showing 1 Reputation?

Edit:

Could it be because when I first set the system up I had the "Thanks" count for 1 point? I later changed that number to 3. I'm guessing the forum doesn't update the numbers, it just start adding the new point setting to new votes? Does that make sense or is my math wrong or am I forgetting something?

Have you tried to resyncronize your forum? From Administration Panel => General => Forum => Configuration => Misc options* => Resynchronize your forum : Check to resynchronize.

Yes I just tried that and it still reads "1".

I'm thinking that someone "thanked" them during the time it was set to give 1 point for Thanks.
