Points for Admins

I remember that when I started my site that you could specify how many points an Admin, Mod, and User started with (this is not about how many they gain over time).

My question is:

Where do I edit that?

I wanted to change the Admin's point level higher and I can't seem to find out where to do it.

You can modify an individual, or a group via:
Admin panel >> Modules > Points & Rep/Points Donation

Ummmmm... but I don't mean to give away. Under the person's avatar and username is has their info:

I meant how to increase the amount of points there.

You can increase or decrease them there.
You can also modify how much each post in each category is worth in the points system/ management section if you want to make it 'earnable'

But it's all the same points
