Nefarious admin releases private information

I was part of a forum a long time ago. I was kicked out along with a lot of other members. The admin kept all the private info obtained from email address and IP addresses used at that time. Now he is posting real names on another forum/blog. Do I have any recourse?I realize it's probably hopeless but it irks me to think I trusted the guy at the time.Any ideas would be appreciated. The only thing you can do as far as I know is to request a deletion of your account from the forum of the administrator and have your information on your profile, posts etc. to be removed on his forum, you can read the topic about this:

If he refuses to do so, you can report the forum(found on my signature).

He claims he had deleted the account but I guess he saved the information from it.
I didn't think there was much I could do.

OK, I have made a formal request to delete everything. I do not trust him to do so, but I will see what answer I get back.
