Solved Log In Problems

Post by Tawneywolf on April 20th 2012, 11:54 am

A couple of our members are getting the following message when they try to log in

"We have detected suspicious activity related to your account. To unblock it, please click here and complete the form."

and then they have tried to do the form and it blocks that too.

I have tried changing their passwords for them, but they are still getting the same problem

Solved Re: Log In Problems

Post by Jophy on April 20th 2012, 12:08 pm

Hello,

Please PM Leeloo(Administrator) about your issue, for more information, please read this:
Hello

The antispam system has blocked the IP and the username of this user.

If you send me by PM the username of this person, I can remove him form the blacklist but you have to know that our blacklists our provided by services like Google or Yahoo, so it's not a coincidence if the username and the IP are listed.

The user can be blacklisted another time, depending on his behaviour on the net. So the anti spam system, which is set up to protect your forum, isn't in cause

Hi, I will pm you both user names, but I know both these people and they are definately not what you say they are!!! I don't know whether to tell them or not to be honest, they will be deeply offended to even think they are on some sort of blacklist
