Credits ???

hello,

I have just sent the domain name request for http://bleachclash.forummotion.com
However after i purchased this i should of had 200 credits still remaining
(1800 to begin with and was spending 1600)

now it is telling me that i now have -3000 credits remaining

once the domain name has been checked for avability that i have requested will this change back to the 200 i had or will it remain at -3000?
I had purchased a domain name in this manner before and never came accross this problem

Ok i just checked the credit history and it says that i purchased the domain name 3 times however i dont think that is possible. Is it then possoble to rectify this?

the potential of having to re-purchase an additional 3000 credits seams rather daunting

I do hope that this can be rectified in due course without the need to purchase the 3000 as i purchase the credits through allo pass
