I want Give the user banned on the forums
for example:
Log In User banned my Forum
But he can still log into my forum but can not create a topic to topic in the forum and I Done To Punishment.

and can you Inform
how to give moderator rights to give the user a prohibited

Are you trying to see if you can stop one member from posting as a punishment? But you want moderators able to do this?
