Add URL as link to topic

Hi,
How can I add URL to topic text but without seeing the URL but only the link.

For example - www.google.com will appear as click here for goolge and "google" is the link to the URL

thats good, but users that doesn't know HTML wouldn't write this code, isn't there an easy way to do it from the editor ?> the url link in the editor doesnt seems to work nicely

Ineed there is, it's built into the text editor Very Happy

See the button that looks like a chain link, click it, the first one is the http:// link, and the second one is the text to display Smile
