There is an option in members' profiles that allows certain people to post visitor messages:
[] All members [] Friends [] No one

Profile > Preferences

Hi, Hello

You can view them through Admin Panel & User's Panel (Same-thing). You want them only for certain people?

ACP >> Users & Groups >> Search users >> ''Member'' >> Preferences >> then you'll have the options that Slg said above.

Attention!

This is what I have at the preferences. And I'm trying to make it so everyone can vm because nobody can vm atm

Visitor messages are already enabled.

I see no option to vm though.

I don't see any option of a vm button either on pics management

You can not activate it for everyone. You can activate the feature, but members have to set it in their profiles.

I realize it's the "new PM" button so is this a glitch within the system? or... is there anyway to change it to "new message"??
