User forgot password option

A user recently brought to my attention that there is no "forgot password" choice for them when they ...forget their password..obviously...

how would i fix this?

I have forgotten the admin password to my forum also. it reckoning the link to remind admin passwork been deactivated in the settings, but i cant log in to change them, and have totally forgotten my password! my forum is http://budget-modders.forumotion.co.uk/. Help please!!!
