[REQ]Runescape forum skin

i have read the rules and it don't say you cant request skins here
so i would like a skin that is like the runescape forum and if possible buttons,ranks to match
here a pic so you know what it looks like

1) Copying and Stealing: Copying and stealing other members works such as graphics (Theme, Images) and or codes (CSS, Templates) is not allowed. If you are found to steal or copy others work you will be given a serious warning.

youll be copying the theme of the runescape forum.

2) We actually dont accept theme requests. You can look for them on Hitskin or on The special themes section.
