Navbuttons not loading

At first I thought it was just my computer, but lately, the navigation buttons on my forum haven't been loading. It just shows blue text under where one should be with the name of the button under it. It's usually just one or two buttons at once, sometimes none are missing at all. It's always different buttons, too. Everyone on my forum is having the same problems. Any help?

I can see the navigation bars perfectly using Google Chrome, do you mean that sometimes the navigation bars doesn't load completely as a whole button? Might just be a browser loading issues, try clearing cache:

I'm not sure, I'll try using chrome. I think most of us there use firefox or IE.
I can get a screenshot next time one doesn't load, but where the button should be, there's a blank space the same size as the button. Under it, in small, link colored letters, there's text that says, like, whatever the button is called, suck as 'portal'. You can click the text to get to the page you need, so it's not like it's affecting the forum, but it doesn't look good.

Tried clearing cache? Sometimes its just a problem with browser loading issues.

Our board does that also when I have made multiple changes to the board or skins. We have to clear cache and also ask members to do the same. That works every time.
