The mobile version is more or less a boring gray version of your site which is only meant for viewing, as it is still in beta. There's been no word on an improved version of it coming as yet


You can customize your mobile theme, but I don't know of anyone, anywhere, who knows the CSS codes for it, sorry.
Without knowing those codes, you cannot change the mobile theme
