In progress Moderator Group

Post by Aes Sedia5 on April 29th 2012, 7:18 am

Ok so I have made my new forum, and I am setting up moderators. I know how to assign ranks, and permissons. The only problem is, the only rank I have, is none, and admin. How do I make the moderator rank? I dont want everyone to be admin, (Since many dont know much about phpBB) And they may screw it up.

Thanks in advance for the help

Hi,

If you're trying to make new rank, or trying to make the moderator rank:

Admin Panel -> User and Groups -> Ranks -> Rank Administration -> Add new rank

I believe you need to turn on the advanced view, on the left under everything click the advanced button, the rank menu will show up then, under the group menu.
