Hello,

It is already explained in this topic that we probably can't do anything as it's a problem on AOL side.

I asked the users to do some checks to know where the problem is, it seems to be related to the DNS.

Please try to change them also : https://help.forumotion.com/t107997-forum-slow-and-sometimes-doesn-t-load

I'm sorry to tell you Dave, but there's nothing else we can do, as this is coming from AOL's service and not us. All you can do is keep calling them. and asking for progress updates. Sorry.

I signed up for a domain through forumotion.com but now wants to remove it and use that domain name to forward to my other web site. Is there anyone out there who can help me by showing me how to do this?

just had this Email from AOL:

Dear Mr

Further to our phone conversations regarding your technical issues and your complaint, I write to confirm the agreement we have reached in resolution to this matter.

Firstly please accept my apologies that we have been unable to resolve the issues for you. I understand that for this reason you wish to change provider to prevent such issues continuing.

Having discussed this with you I have agreed to waive the contract breakage fee once your account is cancelled. However please note you will need to contact either myself or customer services to have a credit applied to the account once the charge is applied.
