Hello,

Can you provide a screenshot of this? or your forum link? If this is an advertisement, the only way to remove this is by credits.

Hello,

That's an advertisement, you can only remove that by spending credits, here's a guideline on the usage of credits:

You'll get advertisements with every free host.

Pay for a server and do it properly if you don't want them.
Every free host will require you to pay to get rid of their ads.

So i see 1000 credits approximately 12 USdollars will disable adds for all registered users for a total of 1 year.

Now I see I would need 2000 credits would remove them for members and guests.

Whats the difference between the (registered users) and (members and guests)?

The first option(registerd users)removes the ads for your registered members but not for guest (guest will still see the ads)
The second option (members and guest) removes ads for both registered members and guest (ads will not be seen by members or guest)

Yes, that is correct. ^

Think of it as this: 1000 for just members only, and 2000 for everyone.

Not to sound selfish but I think that paying 1000 credits it really okay to get rid of ads plus as a kind bonus you can disable ads for staff (I think)

I would say it's pushing it's luck by making you pay for guests. but since it's free you would hard time making complaint about it.

The thing I do find is unfair is my forums deal with people from ages 13-19-20 however some of the ads seem slightly inappropriate and lead to scams quite often. I wish we could get some legit ads that way it would be a little safer and better for the forum appearance as a whole.

If you saw an ad that seem inappropriate (example: Ads that are porn/mature content related), you can PM that advertisement(in a screenshot) to our pro administrator(Leeloo) with your forum link to be removed/blocked.

Well it's not a case of I have seen links to porno sites or things like that but just things like dating websites and other content like that.

I dunno I guess the only reason I said that was because we do have some younger members like 13
