Solved Ongoing Supicious Activity

One of my members has been locked out of my forum again this is the 2nd time it has happend, and I am waiting for her to be unlocked.

Whilst I understand why this may be necessary to prevent spamming, what I dont understand is why the form and captcha dont work despite the fact numerous people have reported that is doesnt, surely this can be fixed?

The member has to contact me, then I have to pm admin here, then wait util the admin comes on and unlocks the member, surely there could be a less lengthy and tedious way of doing this.

Is there any update re the form and captcha not working please.

Hello,

As far as I know there's no update about the CAPTCHA being fixed or improved, but I'm sure our pro admin and the techs are aware of this Wink But I'll inform this to our pro administrator Wink All you have to do for now is contact Leeloo(pro admin) to un block that user from your forum.

I have informed Leeloo Jophy but she is not online and my locked out member is wanting to participate on our live chat event today. I guess there is nothing that can be done atm.

There's no update with the captcha code, it's still an anti spam system issue.

Since it was fixed by PM, I mark this topic as solved Wink
