Input box resize doesn't resize the layout

When resizing the input box it goes over the layout rather than with it, although when resizing the box for poll answers it's ok.

I got the same problem after trying it without my personalized CSS bit.

Also I'm using Firefox 12, another Firefox user (version much earlier than mine) found it the same. I resizes normally in Opera browser.

Solved it myself on both quick reply and full editor, if you have the same problem PM me.
