Admin panel tabs missing?

Hi there. After recently creating a new forum, I've noticed that the admin panel has less tabs and a lot less options for customization compared to another two I'm an administrator of.

They're all the same version and everything, so I really don't know why it's different. Is there a reason why it's like this? Is there a way to fix it?

Hi, that is because in the second image you're not in advanced mode. You can change it at the homepage of the admin panel.
