^Above every tiem i refresh/reload my page a different advertisement pops up and i been trying to get rid of it but i cant how do i gvet rid of it?

I'm not sure what your asking, it's in a double negative which means they are there

Do you want to remove the adds, or are you saying that they aren't there?

EDIT: If you wish to remove the adds you can only purchase the removal.
Admin panel >> Misc > Purchase > Adds
