Contacting issue. New members contacting staff.
Basically I want to know if there is anyway I can stop members pm-ing other members for "X" amount of posts. This is due the fact that we have complaints about new members and the pming that they do. So we restricted the pm-ing facilities to 25 posts that way by then we could probably route out the bad members.
However we then found out that they cannot even contact staff members e.g mods and Admins.
So how are they suppose to ask or contact staff members in the event of problem with other members or the forums?
Creating a topic about it would be horrific I mean how would they be able to report a user when the only choice they have is create a topic? I mean seriously that would cause havoc in forums.
So is there any option to allow some form of private communication between members and staff in order to prevent possible issues.
