Member unable to view forum on Mac
Hi,
I'm the admin of my forum and I have a member inform me that he can't view the forum on his Mac.
Is this a problem with his Mac or just the website format?
Thanks for the help in advance!

Hi,
It shouldn't being logged in, or not since were seeing this as guests.
I'm on windows 7 and seeing this, I'll gladly assist you
Have you edited the templates?
Admin panel >> Display > Templates.
Is there any listed with this button:
I'm concerned that the index page, Index_body was modified, but other pages such as index_box and overall_header and a few others can affect it as well.

Re: Member unable to view forum on Mac
Nope, none of them have the cross symbol. And when I use the website with "/login" at the back, it shows a login page instead of The page 1 does not exist.
I've not manually edited the template either, at least I don't think I did.

Re: Member unable to view forum on Mac
Check
Admin Panel > Modules > HTML & JAVASCRIPT > HTML pages management
see whether there's a page and you made it as your homepage
OR
Admin Panel > Modules > Portal & Widgets > Portal Management
and see if you had install a Portal to your forum, you might find your problem.
hope it helps.

Thanks! I found the problem! I did add a portal then deleted it and the portal was still showing but there was nothing to show! Thanks!
