Hello,

The message won't be removed, it will remain until the timer hits 0, then a member of our litigation team re-checks your forum. If it is re-complying, it won't be removed, if it is not, it will be removed.

For additional Notes: If you are in violation a 3rd time, and a member of litigation notices it, your forum is automatically removed, no warnings, no questions, just banned.

As Raizen said the message won't be removed, it will remain until the timer hits 0. If your forum respects the TOS than, the message will go away.

Downloading sections are illegal too, games etc.

Hacking of any kind, even if it's for fun, is against our terms of service. I can still see some hacks posted on your forum. You will need to remove them if you wish to keep your forum.

The very fact that you are providing downloads to programs that help you 'cheat' a game is considered as hacking which is therefore not allowed. Your forum did violate our rules, otherwise it wouldn't have received a warning. Smile

Please be sure to remove anything which is against our TOS.

yes of course I put the programs in the thread.
because people can cheating the game without that programs.
if I didnt put the programs in there, its like you try to playing basket without ball.

Btw that program is not for hacking, absolutely for cheating.

Hi,

Cheating is also not allowed, it has to be removed. Sorry.
If they wasn't programmed in by the programmers, it's Illegal.

I think that you interested in keep your forum up, and not keep others forums up.
If you notice some illegal categories in forums on forumotion you have to read:

Yes, it violates laws in many countries and is forbidden by international copyright law. Wink

Purchasing a domain will do nothing, it's simply a better URL for your forum.
Your forum is still property of ForuMotion.com, and thus you are still required to follow their Terms of Service.

Having a programming section that has anything that violates these Terms of Service is forbidden, and can, and has caused closure of forums, in your case, it will cause the closure of your forum.
Having anything that alters a program, game, or any other sort of mechanism that alters it out of it's original state and not permitted in writing via post mail is in breach of the International Copyright Licenses 2010* laws.

*I think it's 2010, could be '09 or 12

If you wish to make a complaint about a forum, please use the link above provided by PaNoC, which our Legal Department (Or "Litigation" team) will receive and take any applicable action.
