Solved Posting a MS word File as a psot?

I have a forum and since I am not an IT expert I would like to know that how it is possible to post MS World file as a post.

I am not asking to attach a Word file. I want an MS world file same in a post as it looks in ms word. Please help if possible...

So you basically want to write up a post in word and then copy/paste it into a post? Yes that will work. The only thing that would change would be the font depending on the font you used. To fix that though you could just highlight the post and select the appropriate font if it's there. Now, if it's going to include markup like bolding and stuff you'd have to type out the code in word for it to show up in the post. Like this

Adminitration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Configuration
Allow HTML: Yes


When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.

Most Fonts should work if your going to copy & paste it
please also note that if you put an img in your post your have to put this in place by hand just befor you post as the img needs to be hosted first
When i Do my help files most if not all my img's are on FM as they are a copy of the ACP and here in the forum so they work fine for me to copy and paste back in on a later date Wink

just to show you here is a font that is not on the forum but can be used Wink

aditi, check if the image is there in the admin panel.
Display>Pics management
Advanced mode
Buttons tab
Edit:

As a admin of the forum, you should be able to see the edit button.

Then it means a normal user can not edit his post.

You said, you wanted the edit button & not the like button. Shocked

For members to edit their posts,
General>Categories and Forums
Click on a forum name
Permissions tab
Check for members Edit its own messages

Also do this,
General>Messages and Emails>configuration
Post edit duration limit for a member : Check None
Save.
