How do I add the "contribution"?

I have been wondering lately how do I add the "contribution" system for the forum members to look at it and contribute.

Display the link to the donation page on page footer:Yes

Yep Advanced Mode and i'm the founder.. And I've made 3 people Admin.. Wonder if that will affect it.

That should not affect it.

Can you post a screenshot of what you see in MISC ?
