Trouble Logging In as Admin Empty Trouble Logging In as Admin

Post by Seniya May 26th 2012, 9:57 pm

I haven't used my forum for a while, but wanted to again.

Unfortunately, I didn't realize I had set it so Admin cannot send new passwords....

I can log into my main account on the forum that had moderation, but I cannot log into my admin ones.

I -think- I'm using the same email, but I'm not sure. I might be using an old one.

Is there anyway I could get my Admin password reset, or the moderation account turned to Admin?

Thank you!

Hi,

Please send the PM to Joph, as both Leeloo and Sanket are currently not available.

I tried, but I guess I'll have to wait....

Apparently "new members cannot send links or emails for 7 days".

That's a bit annoying.

Thats no issue, just put a space in the url, for example:
help.forumotion .com instead of help.forumotion.com

It's there just to prevent spam being sent by PM's, which does happen.
