Logging in from mobile

One of my members has got a new phone and she cannot log on to our forum from it. She says she has obtained a new password (which did not come from our admin so I guess its a Forumotion function) The new password works from her laptop but she says it is not accepted from the phone.

I have the same phone as do some of my other members and the forum works fine for us (Samsung Galaxy S2). Is there some problem that you have heard about logging in from mobiles?

If she received a new password, she must have used the Forgot Your Password link that appears on the log in page.

Does she receive any kind of message when she tries to log on?

I have left her a message for the morning as she has gone off line now - thanks

Problem sorted. After her first failure to log in her cache retained the failed log in but it worked OK when I emailed her the forum address and she clicked on that
