MAJOR UPDATES!!!!

Arrow Added a NPC Area
Arrow Added 3-4 new mods
Arrow New shop added "Item/Misc Shop"
Arrow Added a Bank called "Fiores Bank"
Arrow Added Vault System
Arrow New rules have been introduced as well as old ones being edited
Arrow Tournament has been updated
Arrow Members now allowed to view member groups
Arrow Added rank signatures from [D-rank to X-rank]

That is all for now, will be sure to add more!!!
