Pretty good mate but for this one I would forget about that one and for New Posts just make the + in the black circle red or something so it stands out , But don't color the entire thing. So for this image put the inside of it the + red or blue etc and make that for new posts.

Ooh, I like these! Very simple but well designed! The circular pattern is really appealing and I like the little lock symbol.

As others have already said, the pluses are hard to see and the shade of grey may or may not be too dark on some forums, but they look awesome!

Nice! I would maybe do a set without the +s, and the borders, especially on the blue one, are a little pixelated.
