Who is Online Widget

I would like to change the text link on the "Who is Online" widget. As you can see from this screenshot it says "View the whole list", and that is the text I would like to change. You can't edit the widget so I'm assuming I need a CSS code or javascript, or it simply can't be done. Would someone show me how to change this? Since people seem to be always asking for the url to sites I will post mine beforehand and also mention I have phpbb3. thanks

No that code totally messed up the fprum, all kinds of things went wrong, the background disappeared etc. Needless to say I removed it.

Yes I did all of that.

It did work but two things are wrong with the code.

First it is showing 13 users online and that is not correct, the regular forumotion widget say only 2 online and so does the "who is Online" at the bottom of the forum.

Second the "Using php in posts is called being a smart [Language]... Stop it" is showing, I don't know if that is someones idea of a joke or not, but I'm not laughing.

Could you do me a favor and rewrite that entire code I'm not sure if I need to remove that entire line or not. In fact I'm not sure about what its suppose to be anymore. thanks
